A new form has been discovered on the Center for Disease Control and Prevention website for forced citizen quarantines in the state of Iowa. This form has numerous fields showing just how much power a agent of the Iowa Department of Public Health has in the event of a pandemic outbreak.

These blank fields determine the facility location you will be going to, the duration of time you will be required to spend there, and also people you are allowed to have contact with. This should be of major concern considering it admitedly states you will have limited access to communication and you are being held until further notice. Bullet point #6 gives details as to what you can expect if you fail to turn yourself into a quarantine facility.

"#6 Violations of order. If you fail to comply with this Quarantine Order you may be ordered to be quarantined in a more restrictive facility. In addition, failure to comply with this order is a simple misdemeanor for which you may be arrested, fined, and imprisoned. "

This news reports gives us details as to what kind of fines will be levied against people opting out of the vaccine option in case of a pandemic out break.
