Christian News | A bill in California that would mandate schools to allow boys to use girls’ restrooms and vice versa if they identified with the opposite gender has been approved by the state’s Assembly Education Committee. AB 1266, also known as the “Bathroom Bill,” would serve as an amendment to the Education Code and would require all schools in the state to comply with its mandates.

The man, identified as 32-year-old Stacey Jones, had previously been charged for the abduction of a 17 year old girl last year. In an email to McClatchy Newspapers on Wednesday, Alston noted both the US and Iraqi governments had not been forthcoming in his request for information, as “was the case with most of the letters to the U.S. in the 2006-2007 period,” a time of peak fighting in the war-torn country.

Pakalertpress.com | As of August 1st, young girls in Oregon are now set to receive free sterilizations without any parental consent thanks to a regulation contained in the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (also known as Obamacare). After being finalized by Health and Human Services Secretary Kathleen Sebelius earlier this year, the mandate allows for girls as young as 15 years old to go against parental wishes (or just not tell them) and receive sterilizations covered by their health care plan.

CBS News affiliate WCCO reported that child protective services got involved when Karen Parisian refused to let her 8-year-old daughter go undergo chemotherapy, opting for alternative medicine instead.
