Not So Warm Welcome For John Ashcroft In Boulder Colorado

Former attorney general, John Ashcroft was in town Tuesday night speaking at the University of Colorado. The event was sponsored by the CU Student Union’s Cultural Events Board and drew a crowd of about 500. The talk was entitled “Freedom and Security in Post 9/11 America”. For a modest $5.00 ticket price the public either paid to listen, or heckle this former Bush official. At times the heckling was non-stop.

More than half of Afghanistan is back under Taliban control and the Nato force in the country needs to be doubled in size to cope with the resurgent group, a report by the Senlis Council think-tank says. Guns and Frogs
Every gun control law in the United States is unconstitutional. There can be no argument. The Constitution plainly states that the right to bear arms shall not be infringed. The prefatory "militia" comment is essentially irrelevant. The second amendment could just as well have been written: "Because there are varmints everywhere, the right of the people to keep and bear arms, shall not be infringed."

Dr. David Ray Griffin on Global Governance

Dr. David Ray Griffin came under fire a little over a month ago concerning a few statements he had made regarding the need to move toward a form of global government . Many people within the movement gave Dr. Griffin a considerable amount of grief for his comments and position on Global Governance, and rightfully so. The very idea of the centralization of power on a global level is a hard pill to swallow. Especially for those of us who understand the magnitude of corruption, and despotism that already exists within the global power structures, currently in operation today.

Frontal Assault on Freedom: FBI Raids Liberty Dollar
This raid happened because the Liberty Dollar, the second most popular currency in the country, threatens to usurp the entrenched power of the Fed’s Almighty Dollar. People can see the buying power of the greenback eroding, and they will choose something else if it is available, and the Liberty Dollar is ready and waiting.
