"When a government controls both the economic power of individuals and the coercive power of the state ... this violates a fundamental rule of happy living: Never let the people with all the money and the people with all the guns be the same people."

Huckabee Advised by the CFR? Who is the Council on Foreign Relations?

By Jonathan | TruthAlliance.net | Jan. 4, 2007

The Council on Foreign Relations

Richard Haas, the president of the CFR, is Huck's foreign policy advisor.  When confronted on the issue of the CFR, Huckabee responded with," they have good ideas for America."

So who are the Council on Foreign Relations and why is this important?

The Council on Foreign Relations (CFR) is an influential, independent  foreign policy membership organization founded by Daivd Rockeffeller, one of the most powerful central bankers and industrialist empires of the world, in 1921 and based at 58 East 68th Street in New York City, with an additional office in Washington, D.C.  J.P. Morgan also helped create this power group.  Morgan and Rockefeller are also two of the few men who designed the Federal Reserve System which, since its inception, began a never ending international debt, money with interest attached to it and it also claims the name of being the bank that seized all of America's gold and silver in an illegal and manipulated depression that modern day researchers and historians say and prove was the result of banking interests.  Those same banking interests included Rockefeller and Morgan.

Through the CFR's membership, meetings, and studies, it has been called the most powerful agent of United States foreign policy outside the State Department.  It publishes the respected, bi-monthly journal Foreign Affairs. It has an extensive website, featuring links to its think tank, The David Rockefeller Studies Program, other programs and projects, publications, history, biographies of notable directors and other board members, corporate members, and press releases.

Beginning in 1939 and lasting for five years, the Council achieved much greater prominence with government and the State Department when it established the strictly confidential War and Peace, funded entirely by the Rockefeller Foundation. The secrecy surrounding this group was such that the Council members (total at the time: 663) who were not involved in its deliberations were completely unaware of the study group's existence.

It was divided into four functional topic groups: economic and financial, security and armaments, territorial, and political. The security and armaments group was headed by Allen Welsh Dulles who later became a pivotal figure in the CIA's predecessor, the OSS. It ultimately produced 682 memoranda for the State Department, marked classified and circulated among the appropriate government departments. As a historical judgment, its overall influence on actual government planning at the time is still said to remain unclear.

Thanks to the work of the late Dr. Carroll Quigley, the early elite globalists were exposed as actually doing more than creating the depression and central bank in the United States.  He was given a task by the Hoover Institute after World War 1 to go over all the treaties in Europe and figure out why the former monarchies and empires went completely bankrupt and to war with each other over very basic treaties, most of which had and are never upheld to the extent of war;  War resulting in the killing large portions of their population off.  He discovered that the men who created the depression and central banking system in America also worked the countries in Europe to go against each other and eventually to war.  The network that was used then has become today's great Council on Foreign Relations.

Carroll Quigley was a historian and professor of history at Georgetown University from 1941 to 1976.  He was born in Boston, where he attended school and later received both undergraduate degrees and a doctorate from nearby Harvard University.

At Georgetown University, Quigley joined the Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service, where he taught his highly regarded course, Development of Civilization. This was to make a strong impression on many of his students, including the future U.S. President Bill Clinton, who named Quigley as an important influence during his acceptance speech to the 1992 Democratic National Convention.

In addition to his academic work, Quigley was a consultant to the U.S. Department of Defense, the U.S. Navy, the Smithsonian Institute, and the Select Committee on Astronautics and Space Exploration, which went on to establish NASA.

Quigley dedicated his life attempting to warn the world of what he helped teach and, himself, become an expert on.  His acclaimed book, "Tragedy and Hope: A History of the World in Our Times," sold a few thousand copies when first printed.  The rights to the book were bought up and immediately after, the first half of the plates to the book for printing were destroyed.  The book was then copyrighted so no one could reproduce it and for over 30 years, the book did not surface until researchers then found original copies that had been saved.  The books rights were sold again and the book can be purchased today in its entire original format.

When one reads the book, it becomes very clear why the book was so threatening for its time.  It exposed a banking and war scandal that could have resulted in a possible revolution in a time of extreme deceit.  Today, with the control of the television, control on books has become less important.  In relation to current events, this information is critical.  This network that took America for its money, literally, brought the United States to deadly, long wars as well which, conveniently resulted in centralized systems that the former members of the network would then go onto influence and dominate.  This is clearly evidence of motive.

The earliest origin of the Council on Foreign Relations stemmed from a working fellowship of about 150 distinguished scholars, called "The Roundtable Network," tasked to brief President Woodrow Wilson about options for the postwar world when Germany was defeated. Through 1917-18, this academic band, including Wilson's closest adviser and long-time friend Col. Edward M. House, as well as Walter Lippmann, gathered discreetly at 155th Street and Broadway in New York City, to assemble the strategy for the postwar world. The team produced more than 2,000 documents detailing and analyzing the political, economic, and social facts globally that would be helpful for Wilson in the peace talks. Their reports formed the basis for the Fourteen Points, which outlined Wilson's strategy for peace after war's end.

These scholars then traveled to the Paris Peace Conference, 1919 that would end the war which they had financed, as well as instigated and promoted.  Through their network that then, as is now, consists of members advising multiple governments, they were able to achieve the collapse of Europe and the beginning of a centralized system of power known as the League of Nations which after World War II, would pave the road for the UN and the EU.  This network went on after World War I to finance and organize both sides of World War II.  This network is a rarely discussed group of powerful individuals that also influence media, as multiple studies have shown.

Other groups of similar nature that bring powerful elite together to discuss and influence global affairs are the Builderbergs, the Trilateral Commission and Skull and Bones.  Banking executives, industry tycoons, royal bloodlines, political powers and defense contractors all seem to be privy to these groups.  Attendees tend to be future presidents as well as current.  Anybody and everybody in power attends, just Google the "Council on Foreign Relations" and its roster of attendees and see as information flows with videos and documents about the elite network.

The CFR is currently designing the North American Union, similar to that of the European Union they established along with the African Union.  The theory is that once another Union is created and one more stemming from the Asian Cooperation Dialogue, they will all be combined to establish the first one-world government, or New World Order, a view shared and heavily talked about by the CFR and Builderberg founder, David Rockefeller as well as other big names Adolf Hitler, George HW Bush and Henry Kissenger.
